| Cooperative education is an important approach of carrying out higher vocational and technical education. Since the 80s last century, following the guidance of the idea of cooperating with practical work and learning the advanced experience of the foreign countries, our higher vocational and technical education have carried cooperation in a wide way. Many researchers have done some researches on the modalities, approaches and systems of cooperative education. In the recent years, many scholars have done the research of cooperative education in many different points of view. After searching the data about cooperative education, I found that most of the researches are mainly about the actuality analysis, experience introduction and the problems, but they have not analyzed the problems in a deeper way. This paper tries to do some deeper analysis of the difficulties and problems of the cooperative education in higher vocational and technical education on the point of effectiveness.Through the actuality investigation about cooperative education in one higher vocational and technical school, the paper mainly analyzes the problems. And then explore the factors of affect the effectiveness of cooperative education in higher vocational and technical education form the three aspects of mechanism, obstacle and the relationship between school and industry. At the end of the paper, the writer put forward some ideas about how to improve the effectiveness of cooperative education in higher vocational and technical education. |
