It is the key to furthering the reform in current higher education to construct comprehensive training model, which is also the access to realize the"Three Facing"and constant development. The art-designing is an inter-subject which develops with the human society, industrialization and modern technology. As a new subject covering technology, cultural art and administration, it has come into every aspect of social life and greatly promoted the cultural and scientific quality as well as living standard. With the increasing demand from the society for the qualified persons in art-designing, a lot of industrial institute has begun to open art-designing major. It is necessary to reform the training model of art-designing rather than copy that of art training or industrial training. So, there are lots of senses in exploring how to adjust to problems caused by the reforms in constructing the training of art-designing in industrial institute that is suitable to social development and objective demand.This essay is to explore the problems during the process of the reform of training qualified persons in art-designing in institute. The first chapter is mainly to elaborate the contents and ingredient of qualified persons training model and explain the basic theory and outline of reform in training model in art-designing major. The second chapter expounds the existing problems in art-designing training in institute from macro-, middle- and micro-aspects. Meanwhile, it explicates the goal of reform. The third part discusses the necessity and theoretic basis in training model of art-designing in institute, to provide the theoretical support. The fourth part is to argue the leading motto and training goals in the reform and devise the training model based on"profound basis, refined craft, stressed creation, excellent ability". On basis of six models in scourses varieties and four models in courses character, it is intend to construct systematic and scientific courses constructer and system. Furthermore, it sets forth corresponding reforming devices in teaching management, and promotes the practical measures in art-designing training from training system, the construction of teaching staff, the construction of teaching material, evolution system and so on. |
