The goal of modern education attaches importance to person's ability and the development of comprehensive quality increasingly. The informationization time, the fast changing society requests students to have certain study methods, to have certain study motivations, to have the thought of the life-long study. At the same time, in the modern information time ,English has already required us to accept the information as a main tool. Along with the various country's demand for the high-level technical workers, the importance of English has become more and more obvious ,but students often lack the study methods ,and they fear to learn English .They lose the interest in learning English, so it is very important to stimulate the students'motivation.The study motivation is one of richest active factors in learning languages. The western scholars have conducted massive research since the beginning of the 1940s about the second language study motivation and they have obtained the plentiful research results. Many researches have indicated the motivation has the positive influence on the second language study. The domestic scholars have given full attention to languages study motivation and the correlation factors since the 1990s. This article has analyzed the study motivation systematically, researched present situation, the Secondary Vocational School's characteristic as well as English study characteristic, the study motivation fundamental research ,English diagnosis of study motivation . English study motivation is raised and strategy is stimulated. In order to inspect the study motivation of origin condition in Secondary Vocational School English, I have carried on the questionnaire survey to the Jilin Air Service Engineering School, the Jilin Mechanical and Electrical Project School, the Jilin Finance and Economics School(Three Secondary Vocational Schools students) .According to the result, I discovered that different grades , sexes, fresh sources, the English levels influenced the secondary vocational school's study motivation origin.This research and the investigation of article provides the more detailed theory basis and the objective practice guide for the English teaching in Secondary Vocational School , thus impels the Secondary Vocational School English educational reform, in order to develop the Secondary Vocational School's English teaching smoothly and to make the contribution to our country secondary vocational school's development .
