Research On Graduate Student Cadre Organization Administration

Most graduate student cadres have mature thought and abundant experiences, and they are gradually becoming the core of all kinds of activity of graduate students and the leaders of all the students. The Graduate Student Cadre Organization (GSCO) is a marginal student organization in university. Because of the historical causes, the university managers pay less attention to the particularities and emerging problems caused by enrollment expansion of GSCO. They can't manage GSCO by aiming at its particularities and response to the problems rapidly. Only by using a right management method which fully thinking of these particularities, they can enhance the efficiency of GSCO, improve the management of graduate students by the affect of GSCO and then ameliorate the educational quality of graduate student roundly.This research will discuss the means of strengthening the management of GSCO and its adoption in china's university by the methodologies of literature analysis, case study, personal interview and survey investigation, aiming at the particularities of GSCO.The dissertation consists of eight chapters, and the first chapter introduces the research purpose, research content and research methods. Chapter two reviews the development of the management of GSCO and the correlative achievements of other researchers. In chapter three, the author analyzes the actuality of GSOO. Chapter four researches the frame, function and particularities of GSCO, and discusses the feasible management methods. Chapter five analyzes the selection and cultivation of graduate student cadres. In chapter six, the author describes the communication rules of GSCO and analyzes the Stimulate ways of GSCO. Chapter seven shows a case study. At last, chapter eight gives some advices.
