1. objectiveThis research focus heavy load training on much mature physico—chemisty by monitoring its process, and using gait analysis method to explore the influences in gait space and angle indexes. It tries to reveal the changing pattern of the gait values, its characters and the correlation between the physio and chemisty data. As a result, it can be beneficial to not only help the coach to grasp the physical condition of his sportsmen but arrange reasonable training schedules. As to the later monitoring on the training load, it can offer new ideas and experiences.2. test samplesRegarding the WuShu team of the Guangdong Physical technical Institute as the research samples, all together 20 athletes take part in the test, including 13 males and 7 females. During the test, the participates are well conditioned in health.3. methodsAccording to different training stages, the test monitors and measures the training condition. Its time interval lasts from Jun to Aug, in the Guangdong Physical technical Institute. At the first stage, the fundamental data of those athletes is required; At the second state, the reactive data of heavy load to athletes is got that will be compared with the former stage.4. resultsCompared with the first stage, the biochemical indexes such as the CK, BUN, and C go up, while the T value goes down. The CK have made significant differences comparing to the first stage. At the second stage, the males' average utmost heart beats varied from the lowest level of 83.07% to the highest level of 85.62%, and the females' from 81.81% to 84.79%. Between the groups those whose HB over 140 per minute represent separately as 77.9% and 70.8% in the whole HB; those whose below 140 per minute represent the highest percentage of 29.2% in the female group at the sixth and eighth weeks. The lowest percentage of the male group is only 16.7% at the fifth and seventh weeks. As regard the first stage, 26 values of the gait have changed. Among these elements such as the walk velocity, stride length, swing phase-%,single supporting-%,doubles supporting-%,pelvis vertical plane max-flexion angle, pelvis vertical plane max-extend angle, pelvis adduction max-angle, knee max-flexion angle, ankle max sole angle have turned into significant differences.5. ConclusionEach week of the fore at the two stages takes heavy intense training or heavy training as it's dominate—oriented patterns. The CK and the T values react on the heavy load training that reveals much stronger sensitivity, which the athletes mainly completed the training missions in the area of heavy load HR.The gait values variations appear the sensitivity levels differences to the heavy load training. The difference value of doubles supporting-%, the difference value of pelvis vertical plane max-flexion angle, the difference value of pelvis vertical plane max-extend angle, the difference value of pelvis adduction max-angle, the difference value of knee max-flexion angle, the difference value of ankle max sole angle with the utmost HR percentage appeal much better correlation. The related coefficients with males are as follows: 0.603,-0.625,0.607,-0.509,-0.694,-0.493. And with females are: 0.626,-0.563,0.585,-0.525,-0.617,-0.511.
