Today, leisure has become the people's important life attitude and life style.In our country, the legal holidays of the nation in the whole year add up to 114 days. In other words, about 1/3 time of our country citizen's life is taken by leisure life. The increasing leisure time also further impels the social leisure development. Realizing person's free and comprehensive development is the basic goal of the university students' leisure life.At the same time, the big reconsidering and reform of the higher education, starting from the last century and having been pushed further in this century, is carrying out widely. Theories on the topics like "humanist" and "person's free and comprehensive development" and so on are valued unprecedentedly by more and more people. The leisure education should become the most important domain of the contemporary higher education.
