The Puzzled Role, Intitutions Dilemma Of The Community During The Social Vicissitude In Mining Area

Based on the investigation of LanTian mine community that has changed under social vicissitude, the paper tries to find the reason the community organization not fully developed. Then to give some suggestions to change the reality to make the people live better and to alleviate Social turbulence.The mining area has experienced three stages:"the strong mining, weak government";"the weak mining, weak government";"the weak mining, strong government". At the time of"strong mining, weak government", the local government focused on the providing the resource and neglected the mining community's construction. So the community organization had little power to affect mining area people's life. Once the resource was dug out,"the weak mining, weak government"began. The mining area's lives were broken. A lot of social vulnerable groups still stayed in the mining area and the community organization lost its'power to alleviated the social conflicts and the local government didn't involve .so lots of people bankrupted even the local government gave them money. Now, it's the time of"weak mining, strong government". The local and centre government gradually pay more attention to the mining area tragic lives and give a call"to promote northeast of china"to resolve this situation. So the author thought the spring of mining area came.After investigated Lan Tian community of Ling dong mining ,The author found:the peoples'lives were worse and urgently needed the local government involve. Because Lan Tian community lacks for masses bases, so it hardly alleviates social conflict, and it also can't provide any welfare to community's people. The government original intention to construct the community into populace business, but the Lan Tian community was build on the mining organization, and now it can't get fully grow up to finish the government's Mission. So it is very weak.After analyzing the reason why the Lan Tian community couldn't grow up, then the author gave some suggestion to solute the situation according Durkeim's theory.
