With the development of educational reforms, the research of teaching model has been arousing popular interest. Biology teaching model undergo teaching-centered teaching model, learning-centered teaching model and teacher-led, student-centered model teaching model. Basing on the discussion of Teacher-led-student-centered teaching model theory, this paper researches the application of "Teacher-led-student-centered" instructional model in biology revision class of senior middle schools. The result proved that, Teacher-led-student-centered teaching model has advantages both of teaching-centered and learning-centered. It not only emphasize students' center position, but also teachers' instructional role. This model may be of great benefit to students and teachers, especially during the time for revision before the college entrance examination. Meanwhile, there are problems in application the Teacher-led-student-centered instructional model, such as the contradictions between the number of students and the amount of teachers , the quality of teachers and the advanced instructional model.
