The development of information technology as well as the need of lifelong study lead the E-learning upsurge, a series of distance-learning forms such as the WebCourse, the on-line classroom, the virtual classroom, and so on, have emerged. As the Internet and multimedia technology have both matured, the present focus of the E-learning research has gradually shifted from designing and developing E-learning platforms and resources to evaluating the study effect and the learner themselves.The way of E-learning evaluation and the appraisal result can influence the study manner and effect of E-learners directly. The evaluation based on E-learning behavior analysis aims at the inherent learning styles and preferences of E-learners through a series of E-learning behavior analysis, and evaluates students comprehensively on the basis. Feedback of the evaluation result can promote E-learners' follow-up study, E-learners will adjust study strategies to control their process effectively, in addition, the evaluation result can provide the basis of the development of individual E-learning resources and platforms.This paper gains learning behavior through a questionnaire survey, using SPSS to analyze and process the data. The paper gives a summary and reflection on the present situation of E-learning behavior, and has offered some proposal for the future development of E-learning resources and platforms.In addition, referring to some kind of learning style theory, the paper has designed a three-dimension(psychological dimension, social dimension, physiological dimension) E-learning style model based on the questionnaire survey, using a "behavior - style" list to describe the behavior characteristic corresponding each kind of E-learning style in detail.Finally, the paper has established a two-level evaluation system from the three-dimension E-learning style model and used the AHP to calculate factors' weight which has passed the consistency check. Then, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method has been used to establish the evaluation model of the E-learning behavior which has been implemented preliminarily.Much more in-depth cognition of the E-learning behavior and style will be acquired through this research. The evaluation model based on E-learning behavior analysis is applicable to the integrated evaluation of individual E-learner's online behavior, we can also judge the E-learner's learning style and the representation of any behavior from this model. This research is of great significance in developing more effective E-learning resources,platforms and intelligent feedback platforms.
