Later curriculum reform has proposed the new challenge for the chemistry teachers of junior high school. When later curriculum reform is implemented, teacher's teaching adaptability problem becomes the worried problem to be solved that the teachers of junior high school faces at present, because the teachers are faced with some change of the educational idea and teaching way and teaching content and teaching appraise. Whether teachers are adaptability with later curriculum reform, accept later curriculum reform ideas and carry out new ideas of later curriculum reform among teaching or not, will influence the teacher's development directly, influence the effective implementation of later curriculum reform. My thesis makes investigations to the teachers of part junior high school in Beibei through questionnaire and interview.I understand the situation about how teachers adapt for later curriculum reform and the question that exists in the teaching, propose the measure of promoting teacher's teaching adaptability of junior high school, offer some bases for later curriculum reform and teacher's teaching adaptability.The full text is divided into four parts altogether:First part, Introduction. Include how the teacher's teaching way adaptability is put forward, document survey, the concepts of teaching way adaptability are defined, the meaning of this problem studied.Second part, Investigation and analysis of teacher's teaching way adaptability in junior high school. First of all, the basic situations of teachers and students are analyzed, then from the teacher's questionnaire, the student's questionnaire, the investigations on teacher's teaching in classroom and the visiting on teacher to analyze, draw relevant conclusions.The third part, Integrative analysis. From the four parts to analyze, draw relevant causations. The fourth part, Conclusions and Suggestions. On the basis of investigating and analyzing, put forward and promote teacher's teaching way adaptability tactics, including strengthen a teacher to train further, carry on the effective examination system to reform as soon as possible, devote more efforts to propagating, strive for the family and the society's support.
