The key to reviving our nation lies in the education, the key to which is teachers.Especially primary and secondary teachers, they shoulder the most enormous andimportant basal education of China. Their information diathesis level directly influencesthe quality of education and the whole level of our basal education. Information societyhas changed the conception, content and method of education. How to improveteachers' information diathesis is urgent. The paper is instructed by DialecticalMaterialism. It uses literature method, experience summarizing method and talkingmethod to research primary and secondary school teachers' information diathesis. Itsinnovation researches the connotation of the information diathesis of primary andsecondary schools teachers. Its significance is model for promote teachers' informationdiathesis of primary and secondary schoolAccording to the present understanding of teachers' information diathesis in homeand overseas and primary and secondary school teachers' professional characteristics,the paper has researched the connotation of information diathesis of primary andsecondary schools teachers. It not only has four levels: information consciousness,information knowledge, information ability, information morals, but also six links:collection, processing, storage, production, management and feedback.The paper is from three ways to study the tactics about improving teachers'information diathesis. First, knowing information collection is the base. It includes ofknowing collection principle, mastery collection methods and learning collectioncontent by heart. Second, training teachers' ability is the key. It includes of trainingteachers' consciousness, management ability. Third, attention environment and appraisemend is guarantee. It includes of perfecting information environment, mendinginformation appraise system and establishing inspiriting system.It is an important task about teachers' information diathesis and its improving tactics. Some questions in paper can't be studied particularly and deeply. Because thelimiting condition, some foreign datum can't be found original text. With the author'slimited ability, the paper must have some oversights. Some of them need be amended.The improving tactics of teachers' information is macro theory for teachers' informationdiathesis training; its minute content needs restudy roundly. From this angle, the studyof paper is only starting.
