Studies On Reformation Of Student Management Within Credit System In Universities

With the implement of credit system in Universities, work for student management is serious influenced. Managers for student in Universities meet lots of projects such as how to reform the student management, how to construct effective student work system, how to upgrade achievement for guiding, educating and managing students, and so on. We analyses the characteristics of credit system and the possible influence on student management, and put forward our opinion for how to construct the new student work system in this thesis. The new student management system should include the following thoughts. The manager must take the education and management at the same level, enhance service and guidence for students, focus on the individual education, and keep the principal part of students and the integration of student management. Thus, the new management system becomes an open system that educates students in whole Process, all round, and all members.
