At the knowledge-based economy ages, Frontier spirit and fulfillment ability become the basic factors influenced the whole race existence condition. Therefore, a new course reforms has been put forward in order to change the present teaching condition ------the forced studying, the mechanical memory and the mechanical training. The dependent, cooperating, investigating studying methods will be initiated strongly. The student's participation, and student's corpus will be established and formatted. The teacher's ideas and the behavior methods will change the student's studying ways.From the developing history of teaching, we can see that valuing the teachers is the valid and important function. "Do a high school" done by Dewey in the 1960's was the failure of teaching. neglecting the teacher is the failure function in the very great degree.Investigating teaching have many characters, such as independence, problem, process and fulfillment...etc. Investigating teaching as a kind new education principle, an all-directions challenge to all the teachers has been put forward. All-directions challenges include the teacher's education idea, knowledge structure, teaching technical ability, role function, working method, studying way and education science research, character quality etc. Emphasizing the student's independence is the only way of investigating teaching .The student's investigating ability is a gradual , but not abrupt process .All above can not get away from a teacher ,the conditional creation of the choice, investigation which investigates category regardless, still investigate the activity of each stage. Without a doubt, it's requested that the teachers will develop their subjective creation and their instruction function . The education of high quality is decided by the teacher of high quality.This thesis will talk about the condition of investigating teaching carried out by the biology teachers in Wuzhou. In order to definitude further explicit concept, substance and meaning of investigating teaching.the teacher put forth effort to investigate the present condition of investigating teaching. We discoverthat there are key existing problems in the process of teaching------the lack of theory knowledge of investigating teaching and the investigating teaching experience. Investigating technical ability is poor.The opposite knowledge is indigence; The teaching ideas change slowly; Working burden is heavy. These reasons of problems are that the corpus, contents of the course evaluation is simple. The evaluation concern result is paid attention to. They don't pay attention to the process. It is harm for the teachers carried out investigating teaching. The content of course in the new teaching material is very difficulty .The teachers are in need of teaching reference books. The teaching contents are too many. Time is too limited. The teaching reference pictures are limited. They lack testing drugs and devices. Combining the present teaching conditions, this thesis will put forward to some counter plans to improve the biology teaching ability. Investigating teaching should be valued and supported. School leaders should strengthen the training of the teacher's comprehensive knowledge and academics knowledge. The teachers should change their course evaluation ideas, adopt a valuation method of investigating teaching.
