The P. E. and Health is the importance that the school educates a contents to constitute part, having special function in the aspects of training a student to cooperate interact because of the special of its oneself academics. P. E. and Health curriculum standards "From the curriculum design to evaluation of the various segments of the students should always take the initiative, comprehensive development at the center position. T o play in the teaching activities of the leading role of teachers, special emphasis on student learning status as the main manifestation of the students to give full play to their enthusiasm for study and learning potential, Sports students learning ability". This requires P. E. teachers in the teaching process, we must focus on teachers and students, students and the dynamic exchange of information, regard teaching as a process of interaction between teachers and students.
