E-learning has changed people's learning habit and mode, it provides anew large world to anyone who wants to learn. With the rapid development ofe-learning in all of the world, E-learning carried out by universities in our country hasaccumulated a lot of experiences in the past ten years. But the on-line learners whetherstudents or in-service employees have all grown up in traditional instructionenvironment, their learning methods get from the traditional class and adapt to it too. They lack the e-learning experiences and suitable learning strategies to adapt to the newe-learning environment. Therefore, to make e-learning efficiency and quality, teachersneed to guide the learners mastery suitable e-learning strategies and apply them in theire-learning.This study contains three practices:1. Developing a instructional experiment which attempts to teach e-learningstrategies based on the Educational Technology on-line course.2. Using The E-learning Strategies Inventory which is amended by Chen Yiqinbased on the LASSI to survey the level of 100 graduate studentes'e-learningstrategies.3. Surveying the level of the 100 graduate studentes'e-learning strategies whohave accepted e-learning strategies instruction, and contrasting the two levels. The conclusion of this study is as follow:1. The E-learning Strategies Inventory has a high reliability, and can be used inmore studies.2. The level of the testees' e-learning strategies in the ten scales is 64%—72%,inthe 50%—75% grade. This means that the level of the testees' e-learningstrategies is mediacy and the testees need to improve their e-learning strategies.3. After the e-learning strategies instruction, the level of the testees' e-learningstrategies has enhanced, but the enhancement is not too evidence.4. After the e-learning strategies instruction, the pre-post achievement of theattitude scale, information processing scale, motivation scale, self-testing scale, selecting main ideas scale, study aids scale, test strategies scale and LASSIhave some significant differences .While anxiety scale, concentration scale andtime management scale have minor differences.5. The author attempted to put forward a e-learning strategies instruction modewhich need to be continued.
