Under the idea of life-long learning, the need of the elementary education reform and the training objective of talented person, developing students' meta-cognition ability will be essential and meaningful. The Child's development psychology thinks the students of the grade three or four in the primary school, just be placed in the best developing period of meta-cognition ability. If the teachers have intention to cultivate the ability at this stage, they will be developed sooner. Therefore, the training and developments on meta-cognition for the pupils who are cultivated objects will become more important and meaningful.First, by researching and analyzing the meta-cognition theories and the local problems of pupils meta-cognition, there are four research enlightenments to cultivate pupils meta-cognition ability; Second, by researching the concept-map and mind -map, the author suggests that the concept-map and mind map should be integrated, it is named concept -mind map . Then, the author gives the idea about cultivating pupils' ability of meta-cognition with concept-mind map and from three aspects verifies the validity of the idea.In the guideline of the idea, according to the four research enlightenments, the writer points out the cultivated strategies of pupils' meta-cognition: the imparting strategies of meta-cognition knowledge and the training strategies of meta-cognition monitoring skills. The author designs two activities of concept-mind map at different stage and practices the research, develops the relevant interactive community. The community of concept-mind map creates good network Learning environment for pupils, and improves the communication between teachers and pupils, pupils and pupils and is especially useful to carry out the evaluation activities of concept-mind map.From the results of the investigate questionnaire which indicated that: the above cultivated strategies are viable and efficient, their implementation can effectively enhance pupil's meta-cognition skill and prompt the thinking ability and problem solving ability.
