On the basis of the data from Fifth National Sport-Field Investigation, the thesis carry through a comparatively complete and deep research on the status quo of scale, distribution (including administration belongs to a relation, place and system distribution), investment and financing (including economic composition and budget source), using (including management property, conduct income, opening and attending a movable number outward) and types of sports field in different regions. The study enunciation: regardless in the sports field scale, distribution condition and using circumstance, still investment and financing and sports field types, region in the east is all better than in the middle and west region. Under the current situation, the analysis thinks that the construction and development of the regional sports field exists problem of "out of line" .The problem mainly express for: existing opposite amount less of the sports field in each region and per capita playground area shortage which is hard to satisfy the masses' sports demand of the comprehensive building well-off society. The layout of sports field in each region isn't reasonable. The structure of sports field in each region needs further perfect. What civil capital and foreign capital in each region invests in sports field construction is insufficiency. And the investor is singleness. Sports field's opening rate and utilization in each region needs further exaltation.
