Investigation And Analyses On The Status Of The Development Of The Employee Sports Activity In The Productive Enterprise Of Hubei Province

The productive enterprise is the economical entity that engaging in productive activity or service correlating with the produce, satisfied the social demand, managed with independence, pursued profits and assumed sole responsibility for its profits or losses. It has difference with the non-productive enterprise that engaging in circulation or information service specially. The employee, as the main factor, is the wealth of the enterprise. At the same time, in the process of implement the plane of The National Fitness, the employee sports activity is a part of the mass sports activity .and play a very important role in whether the plan of The National Fitness will put into practice successfully .With the development of the economy ,the productive enterprise is taking a serial profound changes under the condition of the socialism market economy. It must adjust to the market and transform its mechanism, those manage pattern and function mechanism, which cannot adapt to the development of the socialism market economy, must innovate. The employee sports, among the category of the enterprise culture and the work force reproduction, have important problems demanding prompt solution that how to adapt to the development of the socialism market economy and what demand for the employee for the body-building activities. Those problems are also concerned by the sports management and enterprise labor union of Hubei province.This article combined with the sports sociology and management science and other linked subjects knowledge, perused 105 dissertations that searches from thirteen core period of sports, draw up the survey questionnaire based on the questionnaire made by the sports government on 2005 national employee sports current situation.( "manager questionnaire" "employee questionnaire").The author using the questionnaire method, made the survey on 450 employees and 200 managers in the 10 productive enterprises of 4 municipalities in Hubei province ,combined with Hubei bureau of sports and union of Hubei province. Then , using some research approaches as statistical and theory analytical method, made the survey for the content and form ,and the ways which the employee take part in the sports in the productive enterprise of Hubei province ,for the main factor that have influences on the employee sports activity. At last, the author drew the conclusions as follows:1. Nowadays, most of the employees have stronger sports awareness and certain sports consumption awareness, however, the behavior and the sports consumption ability are low; the sports consumption ability have mutually related with the their cultural level, age and income. The sports consumption have positive relation with the employee's wages ,the employee's income have positive relation with their cultural level , the employee's cultural level have negative relation with their age.2. Most of the employees have positive motives to take part in body-building. However, the motives haven't transform to behavior due to lacking appropriate sports facility, lacking effective organization to implement sports activity, lacking body-building guide and other external factors.3. The purpose that the employee take part into sports activity in order is body-building, restored to health, recreation and entertainment ,alleviating pressure and social contact ect. It illustrates that most of the employees have realized the multifunction of the sports, however, most of the female employees have not pay attention to the function of social contact.4. The sports consumption level for the employee participating in The National Fitness is very lower, and quite part of the employee are not to participate in the sports consumption. In employee participating in sports consumption, material object consumption proportion is higher, and the non- material object consumption is less, the consumption pattern is unreasonable.5. The degree of the employee participating in the mass sports activity is not high, and there are quite part of the employees never to participate in the sports. In this investigation the employee for conforming to sports population standard are only 11.5% account for the whole investigation, and it is lower than 1996 national sports population 33.9% proportions. This state that the situation the employee participate in The National Fitness is very bad.6. Most of the productive enterprises have sports facility and perfect enterprise sports management system, however, on the employee selecting the sports place, the first choice is community location or the park nearby the inhabited area, second is in the home and the free stadium hall. The level the employee participate in the sports activity which the enterprise organized is low.7. On the employee selecting the sports content, walking, running slowly and table tennis, badminton are deeply liked by employees, and diverse with the different income and cultural level. The main channels of acquired body-building method are from friends commending, school and medium propagation.8. On factors for the employee to participate in body-building movement, the statistical result shows that is influenced by the level of the leader pay attention to , activity funds, sports facility and the time between the work and the exercise have conflicted etc.9. On the survey of the rest form in the employee's holiday, the proportion of selecting watching TV, study, connecting to the internet is very high.
