The Study Of The Advanced Innovative Talents Training Of The Old Industry Base In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of the old industry base of the Northeast China, the enterprises are taking part in the international competition from all directions. The enterprises are badly in need of a large number of the advanced innovative talents to get more advantages in the market competition.This dissertation analyses the current situation of the advanced innovative talents in Heilongjiang Province from the demand and supply with the new economic theory,the technology innovation theory and the human capital theory. And it analyses the present condition of the advanced innovative talents training in the colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, compared with the training system with the key universities in other provinces. The dissertation introduces the features of the advanced innovative talents and puts forward a system of the advanced innovative talents training for Heilongjiang Province, including the knowledge system,the ability system,the comprehensive quality and the training mechanism of the advanced innovative talents, through the analysis and raises the scientific methods of the talents training and the improvement of the colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
