We managed the collected data and gained the conclusions as follows:1) Total scores of internet addiction scales had remarkable correlation with the scores of sensation seeking scales. However, Factors as thrill and adventure seeking had no significant correlation with them. Disinhibition and experience seeking were positively related to internet addiction scores.2) Disinhibition, factor of sensation seeking, was a mediate variable between playing together and internet addiction. It played a partial-mediated effect.3) Modulation effect of parenthood was significant. Parent-adolescent cohesion debased the intension between sensation seeking and internet addiction. And that parent-adolescent conflict built up their relation.4) Synthetically investigating the influence of sensation seeking, parenthood and peer relationship on internet addiction, we used disinhibition, parent-adolescent conflict, and experience seeking and playing together as the base of model. Every index of model accorded with the standard criterion. All these showed that the model we erect had a good agreement with the observed data. The innovative points of the research lie in the follow two sides:1)We developed the sensation seeking scales for middle school students. This scale had higher reliability and validity.2) In our study, we synthetically used the quantitative and qualitative methods.
