| Teaching-research group is a professional basic unit of school Subject instruction,through which the teachers can enhance their professional knowledge and exchange instructional experience.The instructional rearch group is made up of many people who face up the same tasks or probiema,so they can tabe a serious of actions together.By the communication cooperate and take in the results of action.So it can improuve the level of teacher's professional development.In order to grasp the current sitaations of senior school chemical teachers'professional deelopment and the influence of Cooperation Study in the instructional research group to the professional development of the senior school chemical teachers,this paper has taken investigation research in 16 different types of schools in Shanghai (education developed areas),Hebei(medium) and Shan'xi(undeveloped areas) by questionnaire.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,the authors have summarized a number of factors affecting the professional development of senior school chemical teachers. Cooperation will focus on faculty and professional development for chemical teachers on the role of analysis and exposition.The promotion of further cooperation faculty professional development of the teachers within the prerequisite and the main countermeasures.The final paper,the authours presented the findings of this survey and to consider the problems of and prospects. |
