Research On College Students Target Management In Credit System

The credit system has some characteristics: the flexibility of study time limit, the selectivity of study content, the versatility of course examination and the guiding of cultivation process, which possesses great modern significance to foster social specialists. It embodies four lays: first, on the lay of education logos, credit system has subject recognition function of student remaining dominant which reflects the requirement of educational democracy, justice and scientificalness; second, on the lay of education practice, credit system has sufficient autonomous selecting function; third, on the lay of education safeguard, credit system has obvious encourage function; fourth, on the lay of promoting social development, credit system is favorable for high education popularization.After implementing credit system, the greatest difficulty lies in management, which breaks the limit of original class, class committee and Youth League branch, changes from one curriculum schedule for one class to one curriculum schedule for every student. The student's core task—independent study, free course selection, causes students in one class attend courses at different period of time and different classroom. The concept of class is obviously faded and the sense of belonging is weakened, which leads to students'lacking collective sense of honor and social sense of responsibility.This article plans to combine cultivation target with becoming specialist by independent study and the requirement of development by employing well-developed target management theory in economics field and encourage theory in systematic science and behavioral science. It divides different phases in management and educational target of social requirement, and internalize interior requirement of students'development to specialist which brings students to unambiguous request in form of credit system. This research promotes students to become specialists, constructs college students'target management system adjusting to credit system with the aim to increase college students'cultivating quality by two outlets of job placement and post-graduation plus target encouragement function.
