Teacher psychological contract is the mutual obligations percepted by teachersamong the reciprocal relationships of school and teachers. The teacher'spsychological contract is consisted of two components:one is "the obligationsof school on teachers" and the other is "the obligations of teachers onschool"The purpose of this study was to emplor the structure and inner relationshipsof teacher's psychology contract of Guangzhou;understanding the influence ofteacher's psychology contract to teacher's work attitudes;Finally, we try toemplore the status of teacher's psychology in Guangzhou and find some principlesand rules to construct the actual work.In the study of the struture of psychological contract, based on existingstudies, the author proposed a three-dimension strusture model and constructeda questionnaire of teacher's psychological contract of guangzhom Data werecollected from two tests. More than 300 teachers in 10 middle schools in 7districts in Guangzhou were surveyed in two tests. The data were splitedrandomly two groups:Dataâ… and Dataâ…¡. Exploratory factor analysis was used toanalyze the dataâ… , and confirm factor analysis was used to analyze the dataâ…¡, The result found that: 1) It was more appropriate to describe the teacher'spsychology contract of Guangzhou, which suggested that in the two facets of "theobligations of school on school" and "the obligations of teacher onschool",both inculde three dimensions:developmental obligation,transactions obligations, interpersonal obligation;2) In the inner relations of teacher'spsychological contract, the influence of "the obligations of school onteacher" on "the obligations of teacher on school" is a interaction relation.In the study of the influence of teacher's psychology contract to teacher'swork attitudes, the results indicated that "the obligations of school onteacher" affected the teachers'organizational commitmenton, The teacher'sjob satisfaction and the turnover intention.In the study of the status of the teacher's psychology contract in Guangzhoufound that:Significant differernces of psychological contract were foundcomparing the teachers with different age,different teachering age, defferenttitle, different qualifications, different school. However there were nosignificant differences in the teachers'psychological contract with defferentgender, different grade teacher.
