Though many researches found there was a strong relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being ,cross-culture research found there was different relationship between them in different culture context. In individualism culture ,the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being is more strong than in collectivsm culture. There are many different views on the difference of the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being. This research is to investigate the relationship between self-esteem,interpersonal realtionship disturbance and college students' subjective well-being,in order to provide suggestions for college students'mental healthy ,ensure develop their good character and creat high quality life.The results show:(1)The correlation between the personal self-esteem and the collective self-esteem is signifacant positively ,they influence each other. The correlation between the self-esteem and relationship distrubance is signficant negatively,maybe there is cause and effect relationship between them.(2) The personal self-esteem can predict the cognition dimension of subjective well-being ,the collective self-esteem can predict the affection dimension .(3) The interaction of personal esteem and collective esteem can predict the subjective well-being ,its' prediction on the subjective is stronger than the personal esteem and collective esteem's seperately.The interact between collective self-esteem and interpersonal relationship disturbance can predict the life satisfaction.(4) The interpersonal relationship disturbance can predict subjcetive well-being signifanctly ,especially on the affection dimention .
