Research On The Development Of Yan'an Vocational Education For Peasants

As the rapid development of economy and the speeding progress of the socialized modernization of Yan'an, the peasants, who take the 70% percent of the total population of Yan'an, are gaining more and more attention.First, the writer of this thesis selected and read a large deal of documents and paper, from periods, books and the Internet abroad and in China, on the peasants'vocational education, general vocational education, rural education, cultivation training, labor-shifting training, as well as the hot issues like"three-dimension of agricultural issues"and"construction for new socialism villages". New theories and ideas about hot issues in all respects were absorbed. And then the writer took the shape of some basic conceptions on the peasant vocational education.Secondly, the writer discussed deeply with her academic tutor, based on Marxism human's overall development theory, human resource theory and local economy development theory, about the connotation and extension of the concept"peasant"and"peasant vocational education".Thirdly, Yan'an, due to its historical position and soaring economical development, was chosen as the research region for this thesis. From the documents collected from several administration bureaus and in and out of Yan'an, a brief description of Yan'an's social and economical situation. The paper, in order to make the rural education, regional economical development and the construction of new villages collaborate in Yan'an, Use the administration method, SWOT (strength-weakness-opportunity-threaten), analyzed the inner and outer, helpful and blocking factors for the peasant vocational education in Yan'an. It tried to find a new way to take the use of resources of the vocational education, adults'education and technological training. Then obtained the goal, strategy and countermeasures for vocational education developmentLast, on the base of the result of SWOT analysis, the thesis brought forward some concrete measures and three teaching molds, discussed the feasibility of guarantee system of invest and administration for peasant vocational education in Yan'an.
