The companies start to places great emphasis on human resource which is the knowledge carrier and the first resources to keep the companies to develop continually. The companies have already turned the management idea of people oriented to the action of choosing a person for a job, keeping human resource management and training people to fit in their job etc. Therefore it is clearly become the most important thing to establish a company training system with the purpose of company human resource management and development.Training effectiveness in organization mean the extent to which their objectives have been achieved. This thesis faces directly the subject how to enhance the company training effectiveness. This thesis detailed how to improve the efficiency of company training, the solutions of the problems which include establishing strict company training rules, analyzing accurately the needs of the company training, designing scientific training plan etc.The main argument or the viewpoint of this thesis includes:System factor affects company training effectiveness. The exterior factors include the ideas of the company leader, training funds investment, training theory, technical and process development level and cooperation between the training benefit counterparts'. Internal factors include training organization system, training resources system and training management system. The training system view emphasizes that training is a factor combination of a series of mutually affecting factors.The training organization system is a combination to plan, organize, implement and assess a training activity. The construction of the training organization system is for a more effective training activity. The training resource system includes training courses, staff trainer and training facilities which answer the questions one by one: what to do in a company training, who leads the training etc. The training management system may play a vital role in the following areas: organize the training, bring to effect to the most optimum distribution of resources and training process management. It is necessary in this thesis-an application research topic to analyze the orientation of the company training; the meaning of training organization system, training resource system, training management system and their theory basis.
