The Predicament And Outlet Of The Teacher Professionalization In Vocational Education

One of the main issues in the vocational education development is the quality of teachers and trainers. Teachers in vocational education are required to realize professionalization, under the background of teacher professionalization in the world. From the main content of the present research, we find that most of them are talking about the ways for teacher professionalization in vocational education instead of the nature of teacher professionalization in vocational education and what exact problem we are facing. We are trying to answer the following questions: what is teacher professionalization in vocational education"; make a comparison between it and the construction of"dual functional teachers", which is aiming at professionazation; the status of teacher's education of vocational education in teacher professionalization.Teacher professionalization in vocational education encounters with the external and internal predicament, and when we analysis this from the angle of teacher's education, we can see the division of teacher's education, problems of curriculum setting and other problems caused the predicament. So we are trying our best to find outlet from the perspective of teacher's education in vocational education. Integrating teacher's education institutions, curriculum reforming, better in-service training systems would be the possible ways to improve the level of teacher professionalization in vocational education. In the last part, the issue of teacher's education professionalization is discussed, and what we want is enhance the teacher's professionalization through the realization of teacher's education professionalization.
