The concept, "Spending money to buy health" is formed; leisure and leisure sports culture will increasingly become the day-to-day ideal state. Leisure sports not only play a structural role in promoting people's health, helping people to acquire a tremendous spiritual force, raising the overall quality; but also play an important role in promoting industrial and economic development, improving and perfecting the system of lifelong education and developing interpersonal exchanges, and enhancing the vitality of sports development.As a civilized, healthy and scientific way of life, leisure sports are becoming the hot topic of today. The findings have indication, as follow: 1) the leisure sports arises because of reformation of the society, the fast development of economy, the augment of by-time, the transformation of life style , value idea and the consumed pattern, the advancement of urbanization and the supports of government 2)the development of the present situation has such change that people will to spend money for the health, the family sports is emergence of a new force, the leisure sports industry appears quietly , the content becomes diverse and naturalizes. 3) At present there are many restricted factors in its development, such as economy isn't balance, the facility and the funds isn't sufficiency, the talents are deficient. 4) The development of the leisure sports has such tendency in future that the social position yearning to its culture will promote gradually and it will become a subject.
