A Study On The Preventive Countermeasures To The Minor Delinquency

Minor delinquency has already become a universal and serious social problem. It affects our country's stabilization and economy development. The scholars keep researching on it, they produce serious of important theoretic fruit and carry out practice experience, but there are still many problems. The prevention is difficult to satisfy us and in practice it sometimes brings many problems. Drawing on the previous research, the article begins with the definition of nonage and minor delinquency, the basis of topic choosing, and the present study condition of the same topic in and out of the country. By doing so, people are able to enhance the knowledge background. The second chapter discusses the analysis of the basic characteristics, which may strengthen our cognition of it. The third chapter analyses the causes from the subjectivity and objectivity, that is, the cause of family, school, society and minors themselves. The main content of chapter four is adopting the effective laws, rules that have been implemented in the developed countries in order to perfect the counterplan. In chapter five, the article analyses the counterplan, propose viable paths.
