School education especially physical education undertakes directly the tasks of"strengthening students'constitution"and"improving students'health". It was clearly advanced, in ?The Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Improving All-round Quality Education? issued by the State of Council, that"healthy body is an essential premise the teenager serves for his country and his people and a reflection of great vitality of the Chinese nationality. Schools should set up"health first"as a guiding ideology and practically reinforce the physical education. So, it is the most important priority for colleges and universities in their physical education reform to carry out"the guiding outline of PE course in colleges and universities"and"students'health standard". The author analyzes the students'body condition before and after the reform of the integration of sports clubs in and after class in Guangxi University to carry out the PE reform in accordance with students'health condition in our university. It has been proved that the reform integrating PE teaching, extracurricular activities, group contest, sports training and body building accords with the developing trend of current PE teaching, cultivates students'interest in sports, helps students adopt the idea of"health first"and"lifelong exercise", preliminarily improves students'health condition, avoids effectively the shortcoming of traditional PE teaching, which focuses more on the skill and technology of contest rather than students'physical and mental health. As such, the author here suggests for PE teaching the initial aim, content, ways and methods that conforms to students'constitution in our university, provides with references for deepening the PE teaching reform in colleges and universities, developing the research on students'constitution and cultivating creative, competitive and healthy talents needed in the new era.
