In recent years, vocational colleges have realized unconventional, leaped development. But there are also a lot of problems, for example, the low level of teachers' quality, the fierce competition of students' source, the deficiency of investment and the decline of educational resources' relative quantity and so on. Because of these problems, on the one hand, they have restricted the development of vocational college; on the other hand, they make against looking for higher technicians for enterprises and have restricted the development of the economy. Therefore, nowadays developing strategic alliances becomes a necessary approach for vocational college. In view of these reasons, this paper concerns the construction of vocational colleges' strategic alliances and discusses the developmental status, agent mechanism, patterning construction, companies' choice and beneficial estimate ect, on the basis of looking up relevance documents at home and abroad and fieldwork; guided by strategic alliances theory, game theory, economic evaluation theory; using methods such as comparative analysis, deductive reasoning, chart analysis, model analysis.Correctly mastering the characteristic and development of vocational college' strategic alliances is the basis of the research. This paper analyses the agent of vocational colleges' strategic alliances from and the interior factors starting form the definition of vocational colleges' strategic alliances; on the basis of concluding developmental characteristic, developmental stage and from classification; using systemic analysis, cause and effect analysis, chart analysis. Research is indicated: both the interior factors such as cost, resources, risk and competition and the exterior factors such as economy, politics, social culture and science and technology are the major factors induce vocational colleges' strategic alliances.Constructing the pattern of vocational colleges' strategic alliances is the core of this paper. According to constructing principles and constructing process, this paper can construct the pattern of vocational colleges' strategic alliances. This process is divided up into three steps: acquaintance, love, union and four stages: choosing the cooperative members, designing and signing the alliances' agreements, operating and evaluating performance. The pattern of vocational colleges' strategic alliances mainly includes five parts: the choice of members, the type of alliance, the activities of alliance and the income of alliance.Choosing strategic companies and beneficial analysis are one of the main points in this paper. Though analyzing the relations between strategic companies, this paper thinks the relations between them are both competitive and cooperative relationship and strategic companies relationship. Therefore, this paper uses game theory to analyze the formation mechanism of vocational college' strategic companies. On the basis of the indefinite characteristic of alliance benefit, we use this theory to estimate the benefit of alliance. Research is indicated: when the only beneficial assignment principles of vocational college' strategic alliance is the linear function about effort degree, vocational college and enterprises will choice the optimum effort degree, achieve the optimum income level, form the long-term stability cooperation relationship and the alliance continue to develop. The benefit of the alliance is divided up into five grades: very good, fairly good, general, relatively poor, very poor.Applying the pattern of vocational colleges' strategic alliances is basic point in this paper. According to the pattern that the paper structures, this paper mainly analyze the successful experience to run schools, such as, Yan Tai modern service' s vocational education Corp and Shandong clothing professional academy. This paper thinks: Choosing the right strategic companies and mutual confidence is the successful experience in Yan Tai City modern service' s vocational education Corp; choosing the right form to co-run between schools and enterprises is key point of success in Shandong clothing professional academy.
