| An investigation is conducted on the micro-environmental harmony of technicians' families from the aspects of residence, marriage system and family mind-set, etc by means of several social investigation methods, such as literature research, contrastive study, survey procedure, observation and so on. The results of the investigation shows: (1) environmental-friendly residence, which is beneficial for the health of technicians, will motivate their non-logical and creative thinking, inspire the ingenuity, keep the active creation mind and cultivate creative will; (2) the harmony of marriage can wake up active creation mind. It's the spirit support of technicians and it benefits technicians creative personality moulding; (3) the harmonious family favors technicians's physical health. It also helps to bring their nonintellectual and creative potential into full play. On this basis, the paper illustrates the countermeasure of how to optimize the establish environmental-friendly residence, harmonious marriage and family mind-set of technicians.
