Information high speed development today,the multimedia technologies more and more many enter the education domain,enter the classroom,causes student's study way,teacher's teaching way and the teachers and students interacts the way transformation,the multimedia technical assistance teaching is complied with the time development the modernized teaching method,already became the education development the inevitable trend.This article through in the middle school extra-curricular track and field training,manufactures the multimedia coursewares,and carries on the teaching and the training research using it to the student,discovered utilizes the multimedia technologies to carry on the assistance teaching in the extra-curricular track and field training,can put in the student in attire this environment which constructs,is advantageous establishes the correct movement representation in the student,enhances the movement skill grasping;Is advantageous in the stimulation sports study interest,enhances the study enthusiasm;Is advantageous in the breakthrough teaching key point,the difficulty,the enhancement and teacher's complementarity;Is advantageous in enhances the student to analyze the question and to solve the question ability,rises from the perceptual knowledge to the rational knowledge,grasps the movement technology fast,enhances the training result.This article divides into five aspects the contents:1.Foreword part:Mainly elaborated this topic research background,the significance,the basic concept and the present domestic and foreign multimedia technologies applies in the track and field training has carded on the elaboration.2.Object of study and method:The main objects of study for a Gaolan track and field team,this research have mainly used literature material law,questionnaire survey procedure, method of inspection,examination law,mathematical method of average and so on.3.Multimedia technical assistance middle school extra-curricular track and field training applied research:(1)Gaolan extra-curricular track and field training present situation investigation and analysis;(2)Multimedia courseware manufactures;(3)Multimedia technologies in track and field training application superiority;(4)Teaching experiments;4.Experimental result and analysis discussion:5.Conclusion and suggested:(1)Proved after the experiment that,applies the multimedia technologies to carry on the assistance teaching and the training,the effect surpasses conventional obviously the teaching effect.Multimedia technical and the track and field training effective conformity,is advantageous in enhances the teaching training effect,the optimized sports teaching training method;(2)Got up in the teaching training process aroused the student enthusiasm;Displays the student subjective initiative fully;Stimulates student's study fervor;Promotes student's health,the personalized development;Trains the student to study,the cooperation independently studies and inquired into the study ability,causes the master who the student becomes the study truly;(3)About multimedia technical and the middle school extra-curricular track and field training conformity research,must take the resources storehouse construction as the foundation,take the multimedia coursewares as the carrier,take the network construction as the platform,by “the user friendly”this idea took the extra-curricular training and the modern information technology conformity idea,can realize the curriculum conformity in the true sense;(4)Carries on the sports teaching using the information technology,can enhance sports each work the efficiency,the optimized sports quality of teaching,lightens gym instructor's burden;(5)Full use modern teaching facility.Educates the department responsible for the work and the school should encourage the teacher to use the multimedia technologies vigorously in the teaching to carry on the teaching fully.
