Study On Constructing Coordination Mechanism Of Jiangxi Social Benefit In Harmonious Society

The Chinese society is now both in a golden period of development and simultaneously in a period of contradiction. The benefit contradiction issue raises more and more concerns from the whole society. Without the social benefit coordination, the harmonious society is bound to lose its existence foundation. The point is that the achievement of harmonious social benefit relations depends much on "mechanism" construction. The Decision adopted on the fifth session of the 16th CCP lifts the idea discussion and the practice exploration about various aspects of innovating social management system up to a system level, emphasizing that the social management and construction must be carried out to the systematic level. This systematic arrangement provides the paper with a precious platform for studying on how to construct a set of scientific and effective social benefit coordination mechanism from a systematic and mechanism level.Under the background of constructing harmonious and safe Jiangxi and based on understanding the benefit coordination mechanism's scientific connotation, major characteristics, main contents and construction principle which is guided by the scientific development view, the paper using the system analysis as the primary research method elaborates a framework of the paper and discusses a series of related key questions and further proposes the basic way of constructing benefit coordination mechanism in Jiangxi province. What's more, all these research results above are achieved by following the intrinsic logic of the mechanism according to analyzing the present situation and tendency of Jiangxi society benefit structure as well as to summarizing the efforts in constructing the benefit coordination mechanism. The paper finally makes a summary and proposes the future research work by connecting with some innovative concepts adopted at the 17th national congress of the CPC .
