Investigate On The Organizational System Of The First Class Social Sportsinstructors (FCSSI) In Zhejiang Province

Social sports instructors, as specialists working on social sports instruction whose function and benefits during giving instructions for bodybuilding are difficult to achieve for other groups. In a sense, their functions directly impact the depth and extent of the development of social mass sports. With the development of the society and economy, people's living standard has been improved, their healthy sense is becoming aggressively reinforced, and the bodybuilding masses are desperate for scientific and healthy exercise methods. Hereby, developing and strengthening social sports instructors' team instruction and arousing their consciousness of profession is an important subject to satisfy the needs of fitness for the public and to further promote national physical fitness and the development of social sports.This thesis adopts the methods of document, making surveys, literature interview combining with local observation, intercommunication and so on. Three hundred and fifty registered the first class social sports instructors are taken at random proportionately from Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Quzhou,Zhoushan,Taizhou, Lishui, etc, the managing department t of the first class social sports instructors and the taken three hundred and fifty the first class social sports instructors are taken as subjects.Studies have found that Zhejiang province has gained good achievements for the training and development of the first class social sports instructors, however there are still many problems with the training ,organization and management such as deficient systems, lack of methodical training, scarcity of training class, older instructors, the irrational professional knowledge structure, feebleness of the registered social sports instructors' consciousness of profession, scarcity of working motility, imperfect organization and direction, decentralized direction site, unspecific classification and lack of general publication and a certain incentive mechanism. These factors affect the development and the working motility of the social sports instructors ,prohibit the development of social mass sports in Zhejiang province ..In view of this, the thesis puts forward that: perfect management system, establish and program the developing goal, better organizational law system and managing detailed rules improve organizational system; Combining with actual practice, perfect training systems, optimize training content,detail training categories; intensify publication, establish and improve managing net systems; reinforce autonomy administration, imperfect the guild, realize the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion such as the self-government of the social sports instructors' guild.The research theoretically combines with training and administrative realities of the first class social sports instructors in Zhejiang province, further enhanced the construction and professional guide administration for the first class social sports instructors, gropes for the unborn development and managing law, searches after distractive types that fit for the first class social sports instructors in Zhejiang province, provides theoretical foundation for the scientific development for the improvement of managing actuality of the first class social sports instructors, lays the further foundation for promoting effect development and masses fitness of community sports and masses fitness in Zhejiang province; meanwhile, can provide a testament reference for bringing up the procession and development of the social sports instructors, it is of some practical significance.
