Study On China's Higher Vocational Education In The School Enterprise Cooperation

Cooperation between higher vocational schools and enterprises is a very good form of running schools.At present, many higher vocational schools have a good cooperative relationship with enterprises and put forward many modes of cooperation.The thesis divides the training modes of cooperation into school-based training model and enterprise-based training model. School-based training model includes"the school-enterprise cooperation in the whole process"mode,"the tripartite cooperation"model,"the sub-cultivation of school enterprise cooperation"mode,"the multi-card system"mode and"the orders customized training"mode,the enterprise-based training model includes"double-cycle of alternating"mode and"Replacement job training system"model.School-enterprise cooperation is of great significance and importance and well worth exploring.It is an important channel for higher vocational schools to cultivate talents needed by enterprises according to the changes of market.The higher vocational schools are able to train the talents needed urgently through the cooperation. It is benefit for the corporate development of higher vocational schools and enterprises, and it will help the higher vocational schools to form feature and it will be more beneficial to cultivate the students'adapting abilities for the job in the future.However,school-enterprise cooperation is still confronted with many difficulties and problems.For example, the theoretical research of cooperation lags behind the practice, and the laws and regulations on the school-enterprise cooperation are not perfect .Both the higher vocational schools and the enterprises do not pay much attention to the management of school-enterprise cooperation .The school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is imperfect and the both sides don't have much enthusiasm for the cooperation. The present school-enterprise cooperation pattern lacks government's direction and coordination etc.Therefore, we must explore new cooperation methods and perfect the related laws and regulations of school-enterprise cooperation. Both the higher vocational schools and the enterprises should strengthen the management and improve the mechanism of the cooperation. And the government should strengthen its supervision. Only by doing this, can we develop our higher vocational education and put science and technology into productive forces as soon as possible, so as to better promote China's economic development.
