At present, There is an increasing demand for teachers' becoming researchers. Child care at home and abroad have attached great importance to teacher education research capacity study. Therefore, the research and discussion of kindergarten teachers in the formation of scientific research ability is of practical significance.Some studies suggest that there is a certain relationship between the key events of kindergarten teachers and their own professional growth Inspired by this, this study is trying to analyze the influential key invents in the formation of kindergarten teachers' education and scientific research capacities and to explore the mechanism between these key events and the formation of kindergarten teachers' education and scientific research capacities through the "critical incident" interview survey of teachers in early childhood educationThe method of this study includes literature and interviews. By combing and analyzing the documentation , based on the relative study from home and abroad , We defined the concepts of kindergarten teachers' education and scientific research capacities as well as the key invents firstly;Secondly, we have an initial awareness of the relationship between the key events and kindergarten teachers' professional growth. Based on a deep interview of 23 kindergarten teachers with relatively strong research capacity from six municipalities in Shanxi and Chongqing Provinces, the study gives a detailed description of the key events in kindergarten teachers' working life and an initial reveal of the relationship between these events and the formation of kindergarten teachers' education and scientific research capacities:1.The key events have a great effect on the formation of kindergarten teachers' education and scientific research capacities, which mainly reflects in the following aspects: key events help kindergarten teachers increased sense of self-efficiency, and enhance their professional self-confidence; it help the kindergarten teachers have a self-examination on their original sense and capacities of education and scientific research ,change their attitudes and behaviour, as well as access to education and scientific research, in order to gain the education and scientific capacities in the end; it help the kindergarten teachers refresh their view of education and scientific research and stimulate the innovation in that field.2.The "key" role that the kindergarten teachers play in early childhood education is particularly important.3.to enhance early childhood teachers' education research capacity, kindergartens should actively create a good atmosphere and a reasonable incentive mechanism.
