Human Solicitude is a word with many connotative meanings, which has close relationship with one's personality, ambition, destiny, life and meaning of existence etc...Ideological and Political Education is a social practice focus on resolving the problem of thought, standpoint and concept which is based on the human being. Its essence is task of human being, the jumping-off point is human being, and the end-result is also human being. Therefore, the ideological and political education in college must building up the concept of considering the students as the element, take the Humanism as foundation, consider the human solicitude as breakthrough point, and make Ideological and Political Education gradually regress the original idea of life which exist to expand, enrich and advance the life.The Ideological and Political Education in college is an enormous and systematic engineering. We must stick to the principle of press close to the practicality, life and students; explore the effective method of Ideological and Political Education; build and consummate the permanent system of human solicitude of Ideological and Political Education; tone up the presidency, actual effect, attraction and infectivity of Ideological and Political Education; advance the college students' fine pullulation; carry out people's general and continual development.
