School is the cradle where students make progress. When it comes to the negative impact on the student's moral, people always think of the teacher's moral , but neglect the negative impact of The immoral behaviors conducted by school on the student's moral, so far very few people have made a research . This thesis touches upon it, aiming at working out the immoral behaviors conducted by school, thus helping students, even teachers grow up healthily.The immoral behaviors by school are conducted under the reign of some moral conscience and harmful to teachers and students or social benefits. It has four characteristics: sense of organization of choice behavior, group individuality of behavioral enforcement, counter-education effect of behavioral expression, significance of behavioral effect. There are a variety of manifestations; the corresponding degrees of harm vary. The reasons for the immoral behaviors conducted by school are very complex, such as the unfit administrating system, the traditional corrosive thinking, the impact of market economics and so on. After the exploration of the above reasons, this research believes the negative impact by the immoral behaviors conducted by school on the moral education can be defealed through renewing teacher's concept, innovating system of school and establishing moral norms of school.
