At presents, the number of college graduates in China has substantially increasing trend, employment serious structural contradiction, the employment pressure gradually increase. How to improve the employment rate of graduates? How to enhance the quality of employment? In order to fundamentally solve the employment problem, in addition to changes in college personnel training mode, the other is an effective way to carry out employment guidance. At present, China's Collegiate Employment Guidance was too homogeneous. In order to adapt to the needs of development of the market economy, we must build on the employment personalized guidance mode.Through theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination method, used by problems, analyze and resolve problems in the technical line, the College personalized Construction employment guidance mode was studied.Firstly, the paper studied the status of quo guidance, by the employment of building a personalized guide the importance and necessity of mode. Secondly, the establishment of a personalized employment guidance mode theoretical foundation, the main characteristics of factors, mental and psychological needs of dynamic theory of personality types, professional (career) development theory and career decision-making theory, again, from the University personalized employment Construction of the model guiding principles, system framework, content, implementation and evaluation methods in five aspects of China's colleges and universities to build a "five-dimensional one," the "blunt" - shaped pattern personalized employment guidance and ABC evaluation system. Finally, a representative case of Xiangfan College system constructed by the Applied Research, the system proved effective and scientific significance.
