Knowledge and people who work on knowledge have been the decisive force of society development since knowledge society came and went on. At the same time people have paid more and more attention to how to manage the persons who work on the knowledge and develop their dynamic roles in order to make the best use of the knowledge.A school is a place where more people who work on knowledge are getting together. In the last long periods, the pattern of the management to teachers is simpler and the management of knowledge resources is neglected. Knowledge management(以下简称KM) in applying and developing of the business organization can be drawn on the experience to the management in school. It is a question for study to settle in a short time how to draw KM in school management, that is to say, how to manage and encourage teachers in order to improve school management and enhance the competitive and adaptability in schools. School KM is analyzed and studied in the theory of KM and knowledge workers of business perspective in this thesis. The writer mainly analyses hardware setting-up and software reformation of school KM and raises some measures and strategies in setting it up on the base of the statements on the possibility, necessity, difficulty and actions of applying KM in school.
