Analysis On Chinese Rural Vocational Education's Policies

Since Chinese government made a great goal that to make up a Harmonious society, Agricultural, Rural areas, Farmers, Peasant laborers had become the focus of our government. And then, a new movement called new socialism rural areas construction had came into our eyes, during this movement, Chinese government's most important job is to raise the living standard of farmers and promote the rural areas' harmonious. We could say if the government could not fulfill these two goals, it will become an empty talk to build new socialism rural areas. Because of this, Chinese government explored many new roads want to fulfill those two goals during last few years. Besides that, many areas that are connected with the agriculture have become important in government's view. The rural areas' vocational education is just like that. Under this kind of situation, it became reborn. But to be honest, the real execution of Chinese government's strategies about the rural areas' vocational education is not smooth, and the real effort is not obvious. From now on, our rural areas' education still can't take the responsibility to train farmers for the new rural areas construction. We have put more and more concentration on the rural areas' vocational education, but why we could not see the effort? Just with this question, I start to write this paper.The study aim of this paper is to analysis our government's policies about the rural areas' vocational education from all sides, and then states my own suggestion to improve them. For this goal, through many data's collection and analysis, I find that our government had improved its work on the legal support and the fund support for the rural areas' vocational education. But at the same time there are also a lot of weaknesses. For example, the legal system for the rural areas' vocational education is not complete. So I state my own suggestion to complete the legal system and besides that I suggest to build up a new surveillance system for the execution of the legal system. Secondly, through the analysis of our government's policies on the fund support, I find the finance support from the government is indispensable for the rural areas' vocational education. But it's easy to see it's not quite enough for the vocational education if we only have the finance support it. So I state my own suggestion: to stabilize the existence financial support and then explore new ways to support the rural areas' vocational education. Thirdly, through the analysis of management and execution system of rural areas' vocational education, I find there are many problems too. So I design a new management and execution system for the rural areas' vocational education: put the vocational education center in the middle of this new system.Any way, many suggestions in my paper may not be taken by our government because of my own knowledge limitation, but I really hope that my work could clear up the policies of our country's rural areas' vocational education, and then make a little help.
