Innovation is a progressive soul for a country, without cultivating persons with innovative spirit proves that the education is not successful or a dereliction of duty or a failure. The middle- school students, as a more special group, should pay special attention to their innovative spirit, which is of special and great significance to the development of a nation, a nationality as well as a society. Among the influence factors on the middle-school students'innovative spirit, teachers play the pivotal role, however, the influence the teacher in charge made is mainly realized through their interactive behavior to their students. Therefore, to deeply analyze the inter- active behavior of the teachers in charge and find the factors affect the middle school students'innovative spirit are the great methods to raise students'innovative spirit and transform teachers'behavior during the teaching process. Therefore, the research on the interactive behavior of the teachers in charge and raising students'innovative spirit are of theoretical as well as practical significance.This research unifies the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis and bases on the questionnaire survey to the 159 junior middle school teachers in charge, and so finds the differences the teachers in charge raise their students'innovative spirit and the influence and function to the students from their interactive behavior, and so these provide some certain empirical study on the basis of well enhancing the interaction behavior of the current junior middle school teachers in charge and promoting the junior middle school students'innovative spirit.The result indicated:1.There is not difference for junior middle school teachers in charge to raise the students'innovative spirit between the city and countryside in Guizhou Province but the level is to be improved.2.There are some remarkable individual characteristic differences for the junior middle school teachers in charge to raise the students'innovative spirit in Guizhou Province. 3.The difference is remarkable, compared the teachers in charge who own the intermediate or high-level title with those who has the other title in the aspect of cultivation of students'innovative ideology and ability. There exists some remarkable differences in the innovation psychological quality compared the teachers in charge who have the intermediate title and high-level title with those who have not or have other kinds of titles in Guizhou Province.4.There remarkably shows some grade and gender differences in junior middle school teachers in charge in the aspect of interactive behavior.5. In the aspect of interactive behavior, in Guizhou Province, there remarkably shows some title differences in junior middle school teachers in charge.6.The teachers'interactive behavior has very good forecast function to raise the students'innovative spirit.
