| Beauty is from the life and so does virtue and moral. People need virtue and moral and the portrayed virtue and moral need beauty that is the assistant of virtue. The essence and spirit of aesthetics is the pursuit of freedom. The moral that returned from life emphasize in the main sense of freedom and the liberation of humanity and excellence. This shows that there is an agreement between the spirit of aesthetic and the living moral in their nature.This paper research on how to achieve the fuse to the aesthetic spirit of moral education, the genuine harmony of living moral education and aesthetic spirit and the construction of the new aesthetic model legislation and to exploration of new paradigm on the basis of the realization of deep intersection between moral and aesthetic and the agreement of aesthetic and moral life and taking how to solve the moral education difficulties effectively as an aim then through the analyzing of the current situation of the moral education and the theoretical of aesthetics spirit to find the agreement of both sides to according to scanning carefully and admitting some function of beauty and moral and implement.This thesis consists of three parts:In Part One:the interpretation of the spirit of aesthetics. Mainly on the basis of expounding of the aesthetic essence and the spirit of the aesthetic content to excavating the educational value of spirit of freedom, criticism beyond, the overall and harmony and ultimate concern.In Part Two:The agreement of Aesthetics spirit and moral life. Here mainly talk about the basic meaning of life, the problem and reasons of the existence of the current moral education, and even the effective reference to the spirit of aesthetic of living moral education to achieve the unity of the enjoyment of beauty and the cultivation of emotional and moral and coherent of intention and the value of the dynamical development.In Part Three:Construction of moral life. This part research on how does the moral education return to the life and how to effectively build moral life of the beauty, including: the unity of beauty of nature from the goodness of living moral, and the abundance of human nature of legislation of the objectives of living moral, happiness, justice, norms and caring, the exploration of finding beauty of the pursuit of emotional genesis from the content of moral life.
