A Study On The Relation Between Region Economic Development And Population Culture Quality

The economic development of Zhejiang Province is rapid. GDP per capital has been the fourth of China for many years. The increased range of many other economic indicators that have also been situated the national front row for years. Such as finance income, trade export, resident average income and so on. At the same time, the fifth census data information showed that the population culture quality of Zhejiang Province was very low. The average person's school life, the illiteracy rate, and every level of education population per ten thousand were all below the national average level. The position was only from seventeenth to twenty-second. The difference between population cultural level and economic development level is very distinct. What is the reason that causes the low population culture quality of Zhejiang Province? How will the low population culture quality affect the economic development of Zhejiang Province? This thesis will reply these two questions from economic angle. This chapter mainly analyses the affection of cottage industry pattern, small and medium-sized enterprise group development pattern and export-orient economy pattern on population culture quality.5. The influence of region population culture quality on economic development. This chapter mainly analyses the affection of population culture quality on economic growth, industrial structure and the inflowing of FDI.6. The basic mentality of making region economics and population culture quality develop harmoniously. On the base of the analyses of previous several chapters, this chapter summarizes the economics factors that can improve population culture quality, and the population culture quality factors that can accelerate economic development.
