The undergraduate teaching evaluation is an important part of higher education evaluation. With the development of near 21 years, the undergraduate teaching evaluation has enhanced higher school to farther definitude the guide thought of running a school, make the integral ideas of teaching reform clear, increase the throw-in to undergraduate education and improve the teaching conditions. It also has advanced the buildings of subjects, curriculum, teaching base and the style of study, promoted the construction of troops and system of teaching management. In the second conference of higher school teaching work, the ministry of education summarized the achievements and experiences of higher education in the past six years in china, analyzed the new problems and difficulties and confirmed that the working emphases of undergraduate teaching in future will turn to enhance the teaching quality from enlarge the scale quickly. The authors think undergraduate teaching will be consistent with the development of the current situation only if it changes the former concept, ideas and method.The thesis takes Shandong University of Finance on research object. It analyzes the essential, significance, influence of undergraduate teaching evaluation, as well as the problems in undergraduate teaching of Shandong University of Finance; gives suggestion lastly. The thesis contains seven parts. The first chapter introduces the topic's background, summaries of undergraduate teaching, the research method of evaluation and the feasibility to analyze. The second chapter is about the general state of Shandong University of Finance, which embodies the development of Shandong University of Finance, the college's management system. The third chapter is about the analyses and evaluation of undergraduate teaching conditions. This part analyzes the teaching troops, basic establishment and the funds with large numbers of data. The fourth chapter is the undergraduate teaching building evaluation. This part is aimed at the subject construction, practice teaching, management troops and teaching quality. The fifth chapter is the undergraduate teaching level evaluation. This part mainly analyses the orientation and programming of Shandong University of Finance, the building of the style of study, the teaching effects and talent training with SWOT, then forecasts the trend of student's source. The sixth chapter is about the general orientation of undergraduate teaching management. It based on the superiority and inferior position, the opportunity and challenge of teaching work of Shandong University of Finance, analyzed the direction and feature of undergraduate teaching with SWOT. The seventh chapter is about the measure and suggestion to perfect the undergraduate teaching in teaching conditions, building and level.
