This part mainly analyses the orientation and programming of Shandong University of Finance, the building of the style of study, the teaching effects and talent training with SWOT, then forecasts the trend of student's source. The sixth chapter is about the general orientation of undergraduate teaching management. It based on the superiority and inferior position, the opportunity and challenge of teaching work of Shandong University of Finance, analyzed the direction and feature of undergraduate teaching with SWOT. The seventh chapter is about the measure and suggestion to perfect the undergraduate teaching in teaching conditions, building and level.
