Research On Technical Characteristics Of Male Outstanding Light Middle Weight Wrestler In Chinese Wrestling

This research uses the research methods of documents data, observe, experts interview, comprehensive analysis, statistics and so on, to analyze the wrestling techniques that are used by the wrestlers of four grades in the 2007th Chinese Wrestling Championship, the purpose is to promote the development and advancement of Chinese wrestling, and to provide the theory for teaching, training and matches of Chinese wrestling, better to give the constructive advices to the development of Chinese wrestling.The result of the research shows:(1) It exists conspicuous differences in the number of times on usage of wrestling methods technique and the effects between the wrestlers with different technique levels. In the four grades of Chinese wrestling, the wrestlers of 60kg whose technique of using leg are more successful than the ones of over 75kg, 65kg and 70kg.(2) Kick technique is the most frequent technique that uses in Chinese male wrestling, BIE technique is the main way to getting score that affects the victory or defeat of a match. The types of wrestling technique that the wrestlers in Chinese male wrestling use are unitary, their high degree of difficulty technique and creative technique are obviously backward. The wrestlers with high level technique are obviously higher than the ones with low level technique on the successful rate of using wrestling technique. In male four grades, the wrestlers of 75kg are only lower than the ones of 60kg on the successful rate of using leg technique.(3) At present, the usage time of attack technique that Chinese male wrestlers use are more than the one of striking back in a match, while the successful rate of using striking back is higher than using attack technique.(4) The time of using unitary technique is more than combinative technique in a Chinese wrestling match, while the successful rate of using combinative technique is higher than the one of unitary technique.According to the result of the research, to bring up the advices as follows:(1) To follow the rules of victory in Chinese wrestling, and to adjust the trend of development.(2) To strengthen the ability of using techniques and the training of combinative technique.(3) The methods and means of technical training on male wrestlers in Chinese wrestling should stress"score".(4) To explore the new system that combine science and training, and to promote the organic combination of scientific research and training practice.
