Physics is a subject which focuses on the study of the international motions between the basic structure of materials in the natural world and objects. Due to the complexity of the material world, if we will try to study the natural phenomenon carefully and accurately, it's inevitably to be required to do some thinking abstract and generalization on the phenomena.On the research and learning of physics, physical model is just supplied this kind of method to solve the problem, which constructs a simple model after neatening the practical problems abstractly to simplify the solution to the problem. Physical model is the product of physical thinking process, also the reproduction and creation of intellective scene during the physics learning period. From the view of Senior Physics learning process, it's apparently feasible to adopt the knowledge of educational psychology to analyze and understand the nature of physical models and finally to guide the physics teaching of middle school.This research is based on cognitive process of cognitive psychology and students'thinking creation process during physics learning period, combines with educational psychology, physics curriculum and teaching methodology and like what systemic knowledge, proceeds from the practice during students'physical problem solving process, explores the mechanism of physical model in the cognitive aspects, and understands the cognitive function of physical model in the study and research of physics. The constructing process of physical model occupy a strong personality, normally everyone is possibly different; I hope to realize the constructing process of physical model by the means of self-communion. Combining with students'characteristics in the development of physical thought, construct the basic features of the physical model and physical model of high school learning process. The purposes are to train students'capacity of constructing physical model, enhance the effectiveness of teaching physics in the middle schools, and develop the qualification of students'scientific thinking. As for the issues how to create a physical model in high school physics teaching process, there raised some methods and ideas.Through this research I hope that this can cause physical counterparts of senior high school to concern more about teaching physical model, the combination of the physical model and educational psychology is the key to optimize the Physics Teaching (especially the Classroom Teaching) and I also hope to realize the educational concept of"people-oriented"by studying students'cognitive characteristics of physical model, to promote the reform of high school physics teaching to a better level.
