The Research On Contemporary China Team Of Community Workers Status

The research of this article is about the current status of community workers in China, the purpose of this article is to solve the problem for finding out existing problems and the reasons of the team of community workers, and put forward specific proposals to solve these problems, making our community workers develop better, faster and healthier In our society, in order to meet the different needs of community residents.With the successful transformation of the society and the building of harmonious society, The community's neighborhood committee work has been unable to meet the needs of the community residents under the planned economic system. In order to serve the community residents and help our community developed healthily and rapidly, we should set up a high-level team of community workers, this team includes not only professional, full-time workers, but also includes volunteers who contribute to community.The team of community workers in China has developed very rapidly nowadays, but due to some historical reasons, there are still many problems that seriously hampered our community's development and stability. The main problems are: the community service unable to meet the ever-increasing populations needs, the workers staffing and appointment mechanism is unavailable for the development of society, the treatment of workers are not linking with their work. The existence of these problems affected the China's community workers development. This thesis aims to analysis and find out the community workers existing problems and the reasons, gives some constructive proposal to help the development of community workers.Many scholars in China also concentrate on community workers status and put forward constructive views, but most of them analysis are quantitative analyses on a particular area or the qualitative analyses on the theory, and for the nation--wide team of community workers quantitative analysis were none.In this thesis, the analysis is based on the status of nation-wide community workers data collection, this is the first nation-wide use of quantitative analysis so that readers can be more comprehensive, more directly understand the status of China's community workers. With the analysis of community workers across the country by the ranks of status, we can find out the problems and reasons, and put forward solutions. From the team of the professional and specialized, targeted positions, to community volunteers and non-governmental organizations (NGO), finding out perfect and entry points what can give some useful suggestions for the team of community workers.
