This research focused on the career decision-making self efficacy of graduates in period of vocation selecting. Career exploration scale, career exploration and commitment scale were modified and revised on the basis of literature analysis and interview. The reliability and validity were explored by reliability analysis, item analysis and CFA. 304 graduates participated in the study examining career decision-making self efficacy, state-trait anxiety, career exploration, career exploration and commitment. The study analyzed the graduates' status of career decision-making self efficacy, and investigating the relations among the research variables, using structural equation model and other statistics methods. The conclusions can be summarized as follows:Firstly, the career exploration of Chinese senior graduates is a four dimensions structure which includes environment exploration, self-exploration, intended-systematic exploration and amount of information. The reliability and validity of the revised career exploration scale is good enough to use to diagnose and evaluate career exploration behavior in domestic undergraduates.Secondly, the career exploration and commitment of Chinese graduates is a three dimensions structure, which is different from the primary scale, including hesitates to career commitment, tendency to foreclose, rational degree of career exploration. The reliability and validity of the revised career exploration and commitment is good enough to use to diagnose and evaluate the domestic undergraduates.Thirdly, some demography variables such as gender, major, from, education sort, found job or not, have no significant difference with the career decision-making self efficacy.Fourthly, both state anxiety and trait anxiety can negatively predict career decision-making self efficacy.Fifthly, career decision-making self efficacy can positively predict career exploration, including environment exploration, self-exploration, intended-systematic exploration and amount of information; and it can predict career exploration and commitment negatively, including hesitates to career commitment, tendency to foreclose, rational degree of career exploration.Sixthly, career decision-making self efficacy mediated the relationship between state-trait anxiety, career exploration scale and career exploration and commitment. Besides, state anxiety directly predict hesitates to career commitment positively.
